Welcome to hax-image-gallery demonstration!

By utilizing lit element I am able to create custom HTML tags, which unleashes unlimited possibilities of custom widgets that can be created by anyone!

By clicking on the image(s) above (or below), you can see all the applicable images on the web page in a gallery!

Important note for the grader here: I added a sort of "precautionary safety" for gathering image information for the descriptions in the image-collection tag, so basically if no description attribute is defined in a tag, it will instead grab the caption, that way if the user forgets to set a description, it will set the caption to be the description. This was done on purpose and is not an error. Some media-image tags do not have descriptions in order to show case this functionality. A good example of this is the last two media-images, Kirby and Duke Nukem. When the Kirby image is selected, it will show the caption in place of the description because there is no set description attribute. When selecting the Duke Nukem image, the description is different than the caption because the description attribute is set. THIS IS INTENTIONAL.

I originally had a cat gif here, but it broke things. Here it is if you want to look at it lol.

I don't really have anything I think I can say about this one. The cat got milk.

I love Kirby, and the memes that are made with him are amazing too. I usually use Kirby memes or cat images as my test images when developing for the web.

Absolutely loved playing Duke Nukem, however the fact the version I played had negative mouse acceleration definitely hindered the experience. That's a stupid design choice.
